It’s our belief that demand for new homes and for rental properties will continue to rise as the mining boom continues, and that it’s a case of “the sooner the better” for building a new rental property or home to sell.
Interest rates are still low in long term comparative terms, and rental demand is strong and must increase as our population rises.
