DreamStart Homes - "WIN AN iPaD" PROMOTION

The following terms and conditions apply to the DreamStart Homes "Win an i-Pad " promotion. By entering the competition persons warrant that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Duration -The promotion will run from 10.00am Friday April 1st 2011 to 5.00pm Sunday 31st July 2011. No entries will be accepted after this time.
2. Entry - Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over only. Only one entry per person will be considered.
3. How to enter-Participants can enter the draw by filling in an entry on the DreamStart Homes website at www.dreamstarthomes.com.au Entrants must give their name, a phone number, and a valid e-mail address.
4. The Prize -The prize is an iPad Wi-Fi 64 GB valued by the retailer at $879. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. One prize only will be awarded.
5. The Winner-The winner will be drawn at random from correctly completed entries received during the duration of the promotion. The draw will be held in the presence of the editor of the Sunday Times Home Magazine, or her nominee, on Sunday 31st July 2011. Entry to the promotion does not confer the right to be present at the draw. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date of the promotion. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted, DreamStart Homes reserves the right to draw another winner. The name of the winner will be published on the DreamStart Homes website and may be used in marketing material from time to time at the discretion of DreamStart Homes. The prize is awarded at the sole discretion of DreamStart Homes and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Personal information and Privacy - Entry into the draw shall provide DreamStart Homes with permission to communicate with the entrant for marketing purposes via e-mail,sms, phone or mail regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register.
7. Employees of DreamStart Homes, Content Living, and their marketing companies are not eligible to enter the draw.
8. DreamStart Homes will not be liable for any loss, damages, or injury arising from the winner’s use of the prize.
