The Keystart Loan Scheme is an initiative of the West Australian Government, owned by the Department of Housing set up to assist people into affordable housing.

• No monthly fees
• The First Home Owners Grant can be used towards your deposit and fees
• Unique income assessment
• Repayments from $50 p/w during construction
